About Walibi Belgium
Walibi Belgium is in Wavre, Wallonia, half an hour from Brussels. It is the original Walibi park — the name comes from the three villages that founded it: Wavre, Limal and Bierges — and mixes modern coasters with classics that have been running for decades. Aqualibi, its indoor water park, sits alongside on a separate ticket.
Which rides get the longest queues
Kondaa, the hypercoaster that opened in 2021, draws by far the biggest crowds: it is the tallest and fastest in Belgium. Pulsar, the launched water coaster, and Loup-Garou, the wooden coaster, build notable waits. Vampire, the inverted coaster, and Cobra round out the busiest rides. Calamity Mine and Challenge of Tutankhamon queue steadily and are long-standing favourites with regulars.
How to avoid the queues
- Kondaa first, without hesitation: it saturates earliest and clears slowest.
- Pulsar and Radja River fill up with the heat; ride them early in summer.
- Use lunchtime for Loup-Garou and Vampire.
- The park is a manageable size: check live waits and reorganise as you go.
- Midweek outside Belgian school holidays the difference is enormous.
